Sheridan Drive came to us with original pink-tile bathrooms, brown-stained cabinetry, popcorn ceilings with a
long-standing crack across the kitchen, and an unfinished attic that could double the usable floor plan.
The homeowners wanted a warm, modern interior with real material honesty — no vinyl, no laminate,
no shortcuts.
We gutted the kitchen down to framing, opened the primary bathroom, rebuilt the attic as conditioned
living space, and refreshed the exterior deck to match the new interior tone. Every surface, every
fixture, every reveal was replaced.
